How do I earn Favours?

To earn Favours, you first need to have an account on our online store = create an account. (mandatory step!)

Once you've created an account, login with your email via the Rewards Panel (bottom right corner). This is where you can check your balance, redeem your Favours and earn more! 

How do I redeem Favours?

First, login to your account via the Rewards Panel on the bottom right hand corner. Click on 'Ways to Redeem'. Use slider to select the amount you'd like to redeem, then click 'Redeem'. Next, click on 'Apply Code' and place your order directly to enjoy the discounts!

How do I see my earned Favours?

First login to your account. You can view your balance by clicking on the Rewards button.

Can I use my Favours at any of the outlets?
Unfortunately, you won't be able to. This is an exclusive rewards program for online purchases only. For store Rewards Program, you can sign up directly at the respective outlets.
